I am doing a career-based project for my school. I am shadowing one of my mom’s friends for 20 hours. My core question is how can a student become a successful carpenter, but on the job with the CARPENTER I noticed he called himself a floor contractor. He took rug and running off of stairs and refinished them. He also refinishes floors. What is he considered and is floor contracting a method of carpentry?
